Before Product Shipment
If you have purchased a product from our website, it may take us 2 to 3 days to process the parcel for shipping and delivery. If, in any case, you would want to cancel the order on the website, the option will reflect at the same time. More so, we allow our customers to opt for cancellation and refund until the product isn’t shipped.
Damaged Product
